CTA Route Updates Announced for the Amtrak Celebration in Biloxi

Cta Offering Hurricane Evacuation Services

CTA’s Fixed Route services and transfers at the Biloxi Transit Center will be interrupted on Saturday, August 16, 2025 due to the City of Biloxi’s Inaugural Run for the Amtrak Mardi Gras Service.

Alternate routes and transfer points will be used to keep CTA services rolling.

Biloxi – Inaugural Run for the Amtrak Mardi Gras Service at 10:50 a.m. to 11:05 a.m. on Saturday, August 16. The Alternate Transfer Point and updated routes will be in place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The CTA Alternate Transfer Point, in place of the Biloxi Transit Center, will be located under the I-110 overpass on Howard Avenue.

All affected bus routes are outlined on a map available at www.coasttransit.com under “News & Alerts.” Normal bus service and access to the Biloxi Transit Center are set to resume on Saturday, August 16, at 11:30 a.m.
