Crooked Letter Crossfit dedicated to helping the community

A Crossfit company in D’Iberville is dedicated to motivating and lifting up everyone who wants to get in shape.

Crooked Letter Crossfit was founded in 2015, starting out in a garage.

During that time, Crooked Letter started out with the intent to train clients with the intent of helping the local community.

Since that time, the business has grown to a 15,000-square foot building with multiple coach-led programs.

The programs are now led by 15 coaches, working with crossfit members to knowledge in fitness and health.

“When we have clients that come in daily, who are working hard to reach their goals and we help facilitate that it’s amazing to see them do things they didn’t think they would be able to do,” said Aaron Lamey, the head coach of Crooked Letter Crossfit. “Also see how their fitness relates to everything outside the gym too, so they are able to do more things outside of the gym.”

Crooked Letter Crossfit is open Monday through Friday each week.

The earliest class is at 5 AM while the latest is at 6:30 in the evening.

Olympic lifting classes are Monday and Wednesday at 5:15 in the evening.
