Credit card fraud arrest

Thirty-five year-old Amanda Decelle of Gulfport is behind bars for credit card fraud.

The victim reported unauthorized charges in excess of $100 on their JC Penny credit card at the store located in the Edgewater Mall.

Her bond is set at $10,000.
