Create Family Night for gifted students in the Biloxi School District
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Hundreds converged at Biloxi Upper Elementary Thursday night for an event highlighting the district’s gifted students.
Create Family Night, hosted by the Biloxi School District, saw gifted students from multiple schools gather to present some of their hard work and projects throughout the school year.
From art and architecture to chess and robotics, it was a chance for these students to share their success with their families and friends.
The gifted program in the Biloxi School District includes students from 2nd to 6th grade. Nights like these are an essential way for parents to understand what’s really going on in the classroom and gives students the chance to show off their creations.
