Corvette Club Mardi Gras

It’s time to let the good times roll with the Corvette Club.

Today, this club brought the best of classic cars and Mardi Gras together for their mini Mardi Gras parade. The group is parading their classic cars throughout senior living facilities in Biloxi.

This is the seventh year the Corvette Club has hosted their mini Mardi Gras parade.  Event Organizer Tom Bocek said, “The seniors come out and I still recall in one case the individual hadn’t stood in over a year, he has been in a wheelchair, and he said ‘oh no, no, no help me out of my wheel chair, I want to stand up for a picture near this car.’ So, it was really heartwarming.”

The Gulf Coast Corvette Club meets every Thursday at 6 p.m. at Ray Brant Chevrolet.
