Community invited to attend Celebration of Life for Karen Sock

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- South Mississippians will gather Sunday to remember and celebrate the life of a Coast civic leader.

The Celebration of Life for Karen Sock will take place Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Biloxi Visitor Center.

You may recall Sock died in April after a courageous battle with cancer.

Organizers of this celebration ask that you wear bright colors in honor of Karen and be prepared for a joyful remembrance of her life.

Donations in Karen’s memory can also be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation as well as Memorial Hospital Foundation’s oncology fund.
