Community gathers in Biloxi to honor fallen law enforcement officers
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The Biloxi community gathered to honor the life and sacrifice of fallen officers during a memorial ceremony Wednesday.
Family members and residents gathered to pay tribute to the officers’ service and dedication to protecting the community.
The ceremony featured moments of reflection and prayer, tributes to the families of the fallen, a moving bagpipe performance, and remarks honoring the bravery shown in and out of uniform.
Local communities plan to continue showing their appreciation to law enforcement officers for the rest of the week.
