Community attends Faith Fest event in Moss Point
MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Moss Point shares details on their Faith Fest that took place over the weekend.
Over 100 people fished, families lined the bank, and churches came out in force.
Faith Fest was hosted in partnership with the city’s department and Jackson County Outdoor Recreation.
The catch of the day was a 12-and-a-half-inch redfish while the individual winner was a child named Phoenix. Phoenix caught a total of four fish.
The team winner was Amazing Grace Missionary Baptist Church Pastor James Holloway. He caught a total of eight fish.
