Cold weather shelters open in South Mississippi
Due to anticipated cold weather conditions, counties are announcing the opening of shelters.
Two shelters will open in Harrison County tonight, and subsequent nights as necessary.
D’Iberville – Kenny Fournier Multipurpose Center – Opens at 4:30 pm • 10395 Automall Parkway, D’Iberville Gulfport
Salvation Army Center of Hope – Opens at 6:00 pm • 2019 22nd Street, Gulfport

The Hancock County Emergency Management Agency in coordination with the Hancock County Board of Supervisors will open a Cold Weather Warming Center 6:00pm Wednesday night until 8:00 a.m. Thursday morning.
The warming center is located at the Emergency Operations Center Building at 18333 HWY 603 Kiln.
