Coffee and Connections in Diamondhead

The City of Diamondhead took center stage during today’s Hancock Young Professionals event.

Coffee, treats, and exciting developments were served up during the Coffee and Connections event at the Lazy Gator Sports Bar and Steamer.

Members of the organization heard a presentation with the latest updates relating to a new Diamondhead Medical Center, a $200 million drainage project, street paving, a dog park, and so much more.

Chairman Kendra McArthur of the Hancock Young Professionals says the meeting has her excited about all the big things coming to Diamondhead. “These meetings we come together and we get to learn a lot about what’s going on on the business front. We get to take that and share it with other people and get them to come to our area. We were discussing future upcoming plans in the area and the importance of trying to attract more people to move to the area.”
