CoastCon 46 underway in Biloxi

Sci-Fi lovers rejoice!

The 46th edition of CoastCon is underway at the Coast Convention Center in Biloxi.

CoastCon is Mississippi’s longest running, not-for-profit science fiction, fantasy, pop culture, and gaming convention.

Throughout the weekend, there will be art shows, a charity auction, and celebrities from the world of Sci-Fi on hand to talk about many different topics related to gaming, art, and literature.

CoastCon runs through Sunday, so plenty of time to get out there and enjoy the weekend.

“Once you get it, when you know what they come dressed and they embody it and you give them that extra little play and to be that character and to see them come alive,” said Dionne Charlet, the ‘Queen of CoastCon.’ “It is absolutely one of the best things, one of the best gifts you can give to someone really.”
