City officials come to the Coast for the Mississippi Municipal League Convention
BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- Day two of the Mississippi Municipal League Conference in Biloxi finished up Tuesday.
Mayors and city council members from cities across the Magnolia State are in town to discuss municipal governance and new strategies.
The general session was officially open Tuesday morning with Mayors Association meetings taking place as well.
MML’s annual conference is more than just a gathering, it’s an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and learn from other municipal officials.
A series of educational workshops, speakers, awards, legislative updates, and even MML officer elections have already taken place.
Jim Hunt, founder of Amazing Cities and Towns Podcast, was this year’s keynote speaker.
The MML has an estimated 2,500 people in attendance for this three-day event including all Mississippi mayors.
