City of Ocean Springs preparing for annual Spring Arts Festival
OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Ocean Springs is getting ready to welcome hundreds of visitors as the Spring Arts Festival returns this weekend.
Organizers have been out and about this week marking downtown streets in preparation for the festival.
Nearly 250 artists and vendors will fill downtown streets with handmade goods, original artwork, and lots of live music.
This year marks the 33rd year of the Spring Arts Festival within the downtown area and planners are expecting another big turnout this year.
If you plan to head out to the festival on Saturday or Sunday, organizers say to plan ahead and keep in mind that there will be parking restrictions in the downtown area this weekend.
