City of Ocean Springs Annual Christmas Tree Recycling Initiative Begins

Ocean Springs, MS – Ocean Springs residents who wish to recycle their Christmas trees will have the opportunity to do so from December 28, 2021, through January 22, 2022.

Drop-off locations include the following:

• Behind the Ocean Springs Civic Center at 3730 Bienville Blvd.
• At the Public Works Department at 712 Pine Drive

Recycled trees will be stripped and chipped for mulch. Any trees left curbside will not be recycled, but rather sent to a landfill. Trees must not contain any ornaments or lights, otherwise, they will be sent to a landfill.
