City of Gulfport scheduling water outage/boil water notice

(Gulfport, Mississippi) – Due to a water main repair the City of Gulfport has scheduled a “Water Outage / Boil Water Notice” for the citizens in the vicinity of Olivet Drive from Klein Road spanning north to Lavelle Drive.

This encompasses Mary Drive, Kimberly Drive, Tandy Drive, Allison Circle, Carson Drive, and Mitzi Drive.

The “Water Outage / Boil Water Notice” has been scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2023 from 8:00AM to 3:30PM.

Citizens who acquire their drinking water from this area are asked to boil water vigorously for one minute and let it cool before consuming.

The Gulfport Public Works Department will alert residents when the water meets the standards of the Safe Drinking Water Law.
