City of Gautier shares update on Sunday storm damage

GAUTIER, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Gautier put out an update Monday regarding the storm damage from Sunday’s tornado.

At this time, no injuries have been reported and crews are assessing damage and working on clearing debris.

Please keep in mind while you move around the city to avoid downed power lines, assume all are live and dangerous.

Do not drive through any standing water or flooded streets.

Stay clear of damaged structures until they have been inspected.

Report any hazards or blocked roadways to the Gautier Police Department.

City crews are working to restore safety and services as soon as possible.
