City of Biloxi Wants to Avoid Homecoming Pranks

Biloxi school and city leaders are warning students thinking of attempting any pranks tonight to think twice.
Tonight is Biloxi High School’s homecoming football game against George County. In the past, students have rolled yards with toilet paper, doused yards with Styrofoam cups and egged vehicles and houses. City officials simply want to avoid anything unfortunate happening due to homecoming-related mischief.
Cecilia Walton, with the city of Biloxi, said, “Well what the city is trying to do is be proactive, we’re trying to ask parents to talk to their children so they can afford any unfortunate mishaps. It has actually gone to a point beyond play. Citizens are now becoming a little concerned that some of these pranks could cause property damage.”
If you have concerns or experience any damage, please contact the Biloxi Police Department.
