City of Biloxi announces new Chief Administrative Officer

BILOXI, Miss. (WXXV)- The City of Biloxi has announced their new chief administrative officer.

Mayor FoFo Gilich selected Col. Richard Weaver as the city’s CAO during Tuesday night’s city council meeting.

Col. Weaver has experience in construction management, public administration, and government relations.
