Cindy stirs up the Gulf

Here is a unique view of Tropical Storm Cindy as it continues moving through the Gulf of Mexico.
This video was taken by a worker on an oil rig in the Gulf, about 17 miles off of Louisiana’s Port Fourchon. You can see the rain and large waves from the storm hitting the rig.
Cindy is expected to bring up to a foot of rain to some areas between Texas and Louisiana from now until Thursday morning.
Millions are under a tropical storm warning from Texas to the Alabama-Florida border. States of emergency have been declared in Louisiana and Alabama and each of the cities across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The storm is expected to make landfall sometime tomorrow morning.
