Christmas by the River coming to Moss Point
MOSS POINT, Miss. (WXXV)- Moss Point is hosting Christmas by the River this weekend.
The event is free and a great way to kick off the holiday season.
The fun begins at noon with holiday vendors, food trucks, and activities.
The city’s Christmas parade then rolls from Southgate Shopping Plaza down Main Street starting at 3, leading to the downtown festivities.
The downtown festival and Santa’s village kicks off at 4, live music and games can be expected.
The night ends around 6:15 by the river.
The City of Moss Point lights their Christmas tree and the Moss Point Active Citizens Group hosts their boat parade.
It all ends with a fireworks show over the Pascagoula River.
