Christian community hurting after church bombings

Local religious officials say they’re in a state of shock after the church bombings in Egypt.
Father Thomas White of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Biloxi tells News 25 he’s greatly saddened to hear about the fatal church bombings, especially on Palm Sunday which is supposed to be a peaceful day of worship. “Everybody is in a state of shock here on Palm Sunday that Christians were so viciously attacked. I mean it shows the problems we have in the world and our needs, the need for Christian witness more now than ever before.”
Father White says the attack has deeply hurt the entire Christian community. He says Our Lady of Fatima Parish will continue to pray for the hundreds of people injured and those who lost lives in the bombings.
