Chris Rhodes takes over as Coast Electric CEO
One of South Mississippi’s largest electric cooperatives has a new leader.
Chris Rhodes has officially taken over for retired Coast Electric and Coast Connect CEO Ron Barnes.
The transition from Barnes to Rhodes was announced last June after Barnes announced his retirement.
Rhodes previously served as CEO of Southern Pine Electric, another Mississippi based electric cooperative.
Coast Electric has a customer base of 90,000 plus members across Harrison, Hancock, and Pearl River counties.
