Children enjoy Traintastic summer camps

Children were busy at Traintastic today, working at Innovation Stations. The assignment? To create, design, and build their own forts.

Traintastic has entered week two of their summer camps which prepare campers for careers in science, technology, engineering, and math.

This opportunity allows them to be creative and get hands-on experience. Registration is now open for the last session and costs $175.

Camp Instructor Liz Thompson said she thinks the camp is very beneficial for the children. “The purpose of the camp is to engage the kids in activities that challenge them creatively, encourage them, and teach them, and engage them in activities that help them become innovative thinkers and to take them through the engineering design process.”
