Chevron donates equipment for artificial reefs
The Pascagoula Chevron Refinery has partnered with Mississippi Gulf Fishing Banks to donate surplus equipment to use as artificial reefs offshore.
Four carbon steel structures from a recent refinery project has been repurposed as artificial fishing reefs.
In addition to the steel structures, Chevron donated $30,000 to MGFB to support the deployment of the reefs this summer.
