Check presentation for adult education at MGCCC

GAUTIER, Miss. (WXXV)- Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College is receiving a boost for adult education thanks to a partnership with Second Chance Mississippi.

Early Tuesday morning, they hosted a grant fund check presentation to celebrate their shared commitment to adult learners.

This partnership supports adult education and workforce training opportunities for Mississippi residents.

The funding helps remove barriers by providing pathways to high school equivalency, career readiness certificates, and specialized workforce credentials.

Organizers say this investment opens doors and creates second chances for adult learners across the Coast.
