Charlie Henderson Ford sells Waveland dealership

Charlie Henderson Ford in Waveland has been bought by Premier Automotive, the group announced today.

Henderson Ford, owned by the Henderson family, was acquired in a partnership between Troy Duhon and Anthony Legeaux to give Premier Automotive a property in Mississippi and its 35th around the country.

“We are going to embed ourselves in the Gulf Coast community,” said Legeaux. “Our promise to you is to not only sell cars, but to feed God’s people. We want to better the lives of the people in the community and ensure all have access to reliable transportation.”

Charlie Henderson Ford’s team will join Premier Ford as part of the acquisition. Premier Ford also will retain the existing service and parts department.

Premier actively partners with Giving HOPE to operate food pantries in New Orleans, Kansas City, and Monterey, CA. Premier’s partnership with Giving HOPE has assisted the distribution of over 2 million pounds of groceries to the needy, hungry and food insecure in Louisiana, Kansas, Missouri, and California.
