Charged with kidnapping, armed robbery, and rape

Twenty-two year-old Orlando Carter is behind bars today on charges of kidnapping, armed robbery, and rape.

Long Beach police say Carter allegedly kidnapped a victim, robbed her at gunpoint, and sexually assaulted her.

In a second incident, Carter robbed another victim at gunpoint and raped her.

Carter is currently at the Harrison County Jail on a one million dollar bond. He is facing one count of kidnapping, two counts of armed robbery, and one count of rape.
