Charged with accessory after the fact

Octavia Williams-Biggs was arrested by the Pascagoula Police Department.

A warrant was issued for her arrest for her involvement in the homicide of Lorenzo Biggs. She’s been charged with accessory after the fact. Those charges may be upgraded in the future.

Biggs’ arrest came after Rouvell Thigpen turned himself into police yesterday. Thigpen is charged with murder. He’s being held on a $200,000 bond.
