Changes Of The Way For City Council Biloxi

While it looks like there may be no changes when it comes to the top dog in Biloxi, there will be at least one new Biloxi City Council Member when the dust settles this summer.
Ward 7’s David Fayard has decided not to run for re-election this year.
There are at least two people now vying for that spot…Republicans Nathan Barrett and John Fayard.
Ward two’s Felix Gines has at least one opponent…Republican Ronald Weeks.
And lastly ward four’s Robert Demming has two opponents…republicans Rodney McGilvary and Nick Patano.
For now, Dixie Newman, George Lawrence, Paul Tisdale and Kenny Glavan are all running unopposed.
Primary elections for mayor and city council positions will be may second.
