Changes to Zoning Ordinances Makes Way for Tattoo Shop in Downtown Ocean Springs

Tonight, the Ocean Springs Board of Alderman unanimously voted to change zoning ordinances downtown, making way for tattoo artist Matt Stebly to open up his tattoo shop and art gallery.
Stebly was denied permission by the City Zoning Commission to open up a tattoo shop in downtown, earlier this year. But Stebly was persistent, asking the city Board of Alderman to change zoning laws and make way for his business.
