Celebration of life for Pass Christian resident Gerald Pavolini

Friends and Family gathered Saturday to honor the life of one notable Pass Christian resident.

Gerald Pavolini, known as Poppa Gerald to many, died a week ago at the age of 67. A celebration of his life was held at the Whiskey Bar where friends reminisced about his big smile and his penchant for riding his golf cart around town.

Pavolini served as a firefighter for the city and was also a commercial fisherman.

Pavolini is survived by many grandkids, friends, and family members.
