Casinos in the state impacted by global technology outage

The global technology outage continues to impact businesses across the state, including some casinos.

According to Mississippi Gaming Commission Executive Director Jay McDaniel, they did have some casinos in the state experience disruptions to computerized systems in gaming and non-gaming areas, but it was nothing that required any casinos to cease operations.

In a statement, McDaniel said, “At this time, my team members are working with the properties impacted and my understanding is that most operations are back to normal.”
