CASA Harrison County cut the ribbon on new location

With more than one reason to celebrate, CASA in Harrison County cut the ribbon on their new location.

CASA relocated into the Gulfport office last year during COVID and were unable to celebrate the move with the community.

Now one year later, under new leadership and just in time for Child Abuse Prevention Month, CASA shares the good news.

Everyone a part of the child welfare system including CPS, youth court, CASA advocates, and staff helped cut the ribbon. CASA Harrison and Stone County Executive Director Tiffany Dillard said, “The community needs to know that what we have here in Harrison County is strong. We protect our kids. We support our families and we all do that in unison. We communicate with each other constantly all for the sake of the families.”

Dillard tells News 25 her new position as CASA’s executive director has been the best year of her life.
