Camille Memorial Rededication Ceremony
Saturday marks the 55th anniversary of Hurricane Camille’s landfall in South Mississippi and there are two events tomorrow to mark the anniversary.
At 10 a.m. in Biloxi, local leaders will rededicate the Hurricane Camille Memorial at its new location just outside the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum.
As we’ve reported, a major effort to relocate the Memorial was just undertaken after the land it originally sat on was sold.
