‘Budget for Baby’ workshop for military families
The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society in Gulfport is hosting a ‘Budget for Baby Workshop’ tomorrow for military parents.
The workshop will begin at 11 a.m. on Friday at 245 Moreell Avenue.
The goal of the workshop is to teach military families how to financially prepare for their newborns.
People eligible for the workshop include active duty or retired sailors and marines, eligible family members with a military ID card, surviving spouses and reservists on extended active duty of 30 days or more.
Guests will receive a $50 Amazon gift card and a handcrafted blanket at the workshop.
