‘Bubbles for Bacot McCarty’ event raises money for charity

‘Bubbles for Bacot McCarty’ hosted its inaugural charity cocktail competition.

At the Roost Boutique Hotel in Ocean Springs, fun cocktail tastings paired with small bites provided by ‘Food, Booze, and Hiccups’ raised money for the Community Care Network and the Duchess Club.

$75 entry tickets went to benefit the charities to help kids in our community.

Guests got to try each of six tasting tables and vote in the craft cocktail ‘bubble’ competition. Bacot McCarty Foundation Board Member Joey Conwill said, “Everybody here knows that we’re here for charity and for the kids of this area. The Community Care Network supports our foster kids that age out of the foster community. They have somewhere to stay and of course, Duchess Club does voluntary. We provide all the children in this area with Christmas toys.”

‘Bubbles for Bacot McCarty’ had a great turn out. The event sold out.
