The Brother of Alleged Biloxi Cop Killer Arrested and Charged

A second arrest has been made in connection with the murder of Biloxi police officer Robert McKeithen, and he’s the brother of the man arrested last night and charged with capital murder of a law enforcement officer.

Gulfport police, the department overseeing the investigation into this case, arrested 21-year-old Davian Atkinson just after 1 a.m. this morning. He is the older brother of 19-year-old Darian Atkinson, who Wiggins police arrested last night, just hours before the older’ brother’s arrest. Davian Atkinson is charged with accessory after the fact. He’s being held on a $500,000 bond.
