Brittney Reese named to NJCAA Hall of Fame
The most decorated athlete to ever come out of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Brittney Reese has been named to the NJCAA Foundation Hall of Fame.
Currently the girls track and field and cross-country coach at her alma mater Gulfport High School, Reese is a seven-time world champion in the long jump and a 2012 Olympic Gold Medalist, also earning silver in 2016 and 2020.
While she was at Perk, Reese starred on the basketball team, earning NJCAA All American honorable mention before ending her collegiate career at Ole Miss.
