Brian Caldwell officially sworn in as Gulfport Ward 2 Councilman
GULFPORT, Miss. (WXXV)- Gulfport’s new Ward 2 Councilman was officially sworn in this week.
Brian Caldwell took the oath in front of family, friends, and other city leaders at City Hall.
State Supreme Court Justice David Ishee administered the oath to Caldwell.
He fills the unexpired term of former Councilman Ron Roland, which ends in mid-2029.
Caldwell defeated Ron Ruland in the runoff election for this race back on June 30.
