BREAKING: Jackson County Authorities Searching for White Male Suspect in Car Chase

A high speed chase in Jackson County leads to a search for a suspect.
At 2 p.m. a suspect led deputies on a high speed chase near Big Point and ended a few minutes later near Hurley. During the chase, the suspect allegedly threw drugs out of the window of his car throughout the chase.
Deputies used stop sticks to take out the front tires of his vehicle. The suspect then fled on foot into a wooded area.
Jackson County Sheriff’s Department is searching for a white male.
