Breaking Ground On New Hotel

For the first time in 90 years, a hotel is coming to Pass Christian.

Jourdan Nico is a restaurant owner on the coast who began the journey to becoming a hotel owner.

Nico along with Mayor “Chip Mcdermott” and other city officials broke ground on hotel Pass Christian, which will not be your ordinary lodging.

It will be a lavish, ten room place to stay with a gym and luxury spa.

Each room will range from six hundred to twelve hundred square feet.

Nico believes it’s going to be the missing piece to redevelopment in the city.
