Bond set for Hancock County father-son murder suspects

A one million dollar bond has been set for the father and son charged with the murder of Diamondhead native Philip Whitaker.
Investigators in Hancock County arrested 70-year-old Terry Smith and his son, 46-year-old Carl Smith, yesterday after questioning the two about the murder.
The two suspects appeared in court today and a preliminary hearing was set for January 16th.
