Boil water advisory for parts of City of Gulfport

The City of Gulfport issued a boil water notice due to a water main needing repairs.

The affected area is Government Street for Depew Road east to Barimba Place.

The advisory also includes Barimba Place, Edington Place, Essex Place, and Marlane Place.

Anyone who gets their water from the area are asked to boil water for one minute, letting it cool before drinking.

The City of Gulfport’s Public Works Department will let residents know when the advisory is lifted.
