Boat crash in Biloxi Bay

A man is in the hospital today after his speed boat crashed in Biloxi Bay.

An eyewitness on the scene tells News 25 that after hearing a loud noise, he came outside to see a boat submerged in the Bay.

It is unknown at this time how the boat crashed. However, marine patrol says that it appears to be an accident.

The driver of the boat was transported to Merit Health Hospital in Biloxi in stable condition.
