Black History program in Biloxi

The City of Biloxi will celebrate Black History Month tomorrow.
The Black History Month program will take place at the Biloxi Civic Center on Howard Avenue. There will be speakers and table top photo displays. The event is free. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday and the presentations begin at 6 p.m.
Food will also be provided with red beans and rice, baked chicken, green beans, salad, and cake.
The Black History Month program includes diverse festivities through the celebration of the history and contributions of African Americans.
