Asia Ellis

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Asia Ellis is a Dillard University graduate with a degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Multimedia. With a huge love for sports, she’s been a cheerleader all her life. With a passion for storytelling, she’s dedicated to informing and connecting with our community.

In her free time, Asia enjoys cooking and dancing to old-school music, spending time with family and friends, and a little friendly athletic competition. Moreover, she’s looking forward to sharing meaningful stories and engaging with viewers through her work at WXXV.
