Biloxi Ward 3 challenger Robert Nail speaks on new changes he hopes to bring to the city ahead of runoff elections

As run off elections approach across the Coast, Biloxi Ward 3 challenger Robert Nail joined WXXV to discuss the issues he’s prioritizing as polls are set to open.

Nail is set run against Dixie Newman, who’s held the seat for Ward 3 since 2013.

Polls for runoff elections will open Tuesday, April 22nd.
