Biloxi sophomore Julie Segroves breaks state pole vaulting record again
For the ninth time, Biloxi sophomore pole vaulter Julie Segroves has broken her own state record, this time clearing 13’8” at South State yesterday.
The former WXXV Student Athlete of the Week has won all 15 of her meets this season and holds every state record except the state meet record which could very easily fall next week.
