Biloxi Shuckers Job Fair Draws Near

Baseball season is drawing near and what better way to ensure you’re at every Shuckers home game than getting a job at the stadium?

The Biloxi Shuckers will host a job fair on Saturday, March 7th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Donal Snyder Community Center. The team is looking for candidates with great customer service skills to help provide fun family entertainment for those going to the games. Those hired would work all home games and additional events as needed at MGM Park. Openings range from ticket takers to the team mascot.

Chris Harris, Director of Media & Broadcasting for the Shuckers, says, “It takes a lot of people outside of our front office staff to make this thing work. Whether it be a ticket taker or someone who sells programs or works in the concession stand, be a bat boy, run a camera. So there’s so many things that go on behind the scenes that a lot of people don’t realize and we hope to fill a lot of those positions.”
