Biloxi Shuckers end their season in heartbreaking fashion losing 4-2 to Montgomery.

It was do or die Thursday night for the Biloxi Shuckers as they hosted the Montgomery Biscuits for game two of the Southern League Division Series. Getting the nod on the mound is right-handed pitcher Jaron DeBerry.

The game remained scoreless through two innings. That all changed when the 18 year old Jesús Made stepped into the box in the third and launched one deep over the left field fence. He makes his Keesler Federal Park debut with a 363 foot shot 100 miles per hour off the bat which is also his 4th RBI in just six games alone suiting up for the Shuckers.

Unfortunately it wasn’t enough as the Biscuits peaked late scoring four runs in the 8th taking the lead and also the series 4-2. The Biloxi Shuckers end their season with an overall record of 74-64. What a season in Biloxi, and we’ll be counting down until the first pitch of 2026!
